Domestic Deliveries
Delivery times within India may vary based on destination and logistics availability.
International Deliveries
Export shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures and regulations of the destination country.
Delays
Dwarka Impex is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Return & Refund Policy
Damaged Products
- Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery.
- Any visible damage must be reported within 48 hours with photographs and supporting documentation.
Custom Orders
Custom-made furniture and bespoke products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless manufacturing defects are confirmed.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
